The Challenge
Steam and power for this paper mill is supplied by an on-site combined heat and power plant. Following an issue with a chemical delivery, the steam raising plant had to be taken off line until the problem could be resolved. With only 24 hours reserve water, the client required a rapid solution and activated their ReAct contingency plan with Mobile Water Solutions.
The Solution
Mobile Water Solutions utilized the Reverse Osmosis MORO 4x25T and MODI 15000T units to deliver a process capacity of 120 m³/h of high-quality water. The MORO 4x25T provided efficient reverse osmosis treatment, while the MODI 15000T supported deionization processes. Together, these advanced mobile units seamlessly integrated to meet the client’s specific water quality requirements, ensuring consistent and reliable water supply for their operations.
