The Challenge
To produce a more advanced biofuel with up to 10% bioethanol content, the plant underwent modifications. This process required the installation of a new ultra-filtration plant capable of treating 100m³/h of condensate continuously, from March to September during campaigns.
The Solution
To address the client’s needs, the company opted for a cost-effective rental solution rather than purchasing a plant. They entered into a 7-year agreement with Mobile Water Solutions. Mobile Water Solutions’ plant includes two automatic 200µm pre-filter screens, re-pressurization pumps, and two 50 m³/h ultra-filtration systems.
