They are part of a larger conglomerate with nine sugar sites/factories in France, seven amidon (starch) plants across Europe, six distillery plants in Europe, and a total of 43 industrial sites worldwide.

The Challenge

The client required a consistent and high-quality water supply for various purposes, including the washing process, hot water, and high-pressure water. As a proactive measure, the company registered with our ReAct services. They reached out to our mobile team for emergency assistance following a critical issue with their demineralization water tank, which resulted from a leak in a heat exchanger.

The Solution

Our dedicated team swiftly mobilized the necessary equipment and implemented a solution to address the client’s urgent water supply needs. We deployed a MODI mobile ion exchange unit and a MORO mobile reverse osmosis to ensure the client had both the quantity and quality of water essential for their operations. This solution involved replenishing the tank with high-quality demineralized water produced by our advanced MODI technology. Additional technologies were subsequently employed to maintain optimal water quality.
