Leveraging equipment rentals for enhanced capacity management
Our client, based in Germany, is an integrated energy and chemical group, globally recognized as one of the largest manufacturers of synthetic fuels. They operate in 36 countries and employ 30,400 individuals.
Due to a 30% expansion in production at their existing plant, the client faced increased demand for water treatment. However, their current water treatment plant lacked the capacity to handle this higher demand. Rather than building a new water treatment facility, the client explored the alternative option of renting the necessary equipment to manage the increased capacity.
To address the client’s needs, we commissioned a mobile water treatment plant capable of treating flows of 25m³/h. Mobile Water Solutions supplied a mobile reverse osmosis MORO 4x25T and mobile deionization MODI 1200S units, delivering treated water with the following quality parameters: Na < 0.02 mg/l, SiO² < 0.02 mg/l, Conductivity < 4.0 µS/cm.
