Emergency ReAct response activated for paper company in crisis, UK

Newsprint supply crisis due to water treatment plant failure
Our customer typically provides approximately 400,000 tonnes of 100% recycled newsprint to National, Regional, and European press rooms annually. However, the supply of newsprint was jeopardized when the mill’s water treatment plant experienced a failure.
Steam and power for our customer’s mill are generated by an on-site combined heat and power (CHP) plant. The boiler at the mill is supplied with 120m³/h of water, sourced from an on-site borehole. This water is then purified using an ion exchange deionization plant.
- Process Capacity: Providing a continuous supply of 120 m³/h.
- Rapid Response: On site within hours of inquiry.
- Service Quality: Ensuring a continuous flow without interrupting production in other units.
- Budget-Friendly: The project is completed within the client’s budget
